(Anchorage, Alaska) – Chugach Alaska Corporation (Chugach) today announced the launch of its newly revamped corporate website. The redesigned website provides the ultimate user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality throughout, allowing key stakeholders improved access to company information and resources.
Chugach’s corporate office employees mentored 20 Alaska Job Corps Center (JCC) students, on Monday, Feb. 3 in honor of National Groundhog Job Shadow Day. The students participated in an overview of the company and a group discussion regarding job readiness and their future goals after graduation. Each student had the opportunity to shadow a Chugach employee for the day.
Chugach executives and employees attended the Top 49er Luncheon on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center in Anchorage, Alaska. The event recognizes the Top 49 Alaskan-owned and operated businesses in the state based on the previous year's gross revenues.
Chugach honored its second annual corporate-wide Presidents Safety Award recipients this year at the 2013 Chugach Symposium in Austin, Tex. Mel Lynch, President Government Division, and Scott Davis, Vice President of Operations Government Division, presented the awards to each site project manager.
Chugach Alaska Corporation (Chugach) has appointed Randi Jo Gause as its new senior corporate communications manager. She replaces long-time corporate communications specialist Beth Welty.
Gause will be responsible for establishing and implementing Chugach’s internal and external corporate communication strategies.
